EV Future (http://evfuture.com) is Auroville's research and assembly point for alternative (electric) transport options. Akash and Sukrit are the managers, helped by a large number of friends and associates, such as Chandresh of Qutee.
You might have seen the electric rikshaw circulating on the Auroville roads. Please make note that you can use this transportation system by calling 9585975337 from 8 am to 5h30 pm. Drops and pick ups can be done within Auroville only. Give it a try, you will enjoy it!! This is a prototype rickshaw ordered by Chandresh- Saracon, built by Sukrit and Akash- EVFuture, the service is organised by Kripa-Sharnga Guest House, and the vehicle is driven by Sedu
