Auro Soya uses fresh, organic soya beans grown in India, to create soymilk which is then further turned into tofu (soya paneer), yoghurt and buttermilk. The extra products such as okara are used to make OKARA MUESLI or VEGAN CAKES. The pulp is used to feed Auroville horses and the beans skin are composted.
