General Information and Background
For maintenance, improvements and signs involving Auroville’s earth roads,contact the Road Service.
For liaison regarding the tar road running from Auro-Orchard via Edayanchavadi and Kuilapalayam /Bommaiyapalayam
to the coast road, contact the Working Committee.

Aims and Objectives
To carve on the Auroville soil all the roads being part of the Galaxy and the Master Plan. L’avenir d'Auroville has asked the Road Service to plant round green cement markers to indicate the present lay-out of the areas reserved for the 4 Green Parks and for the Parks in the Inner City, square purple cement markers to indicate the areas reserved for the various Lines of Force and the usual orange and yellow markers to indicate five stretches of roads inside the Inner City.
These markers will indicate for everybody to see on the ground where the Green Parks and the Lines of Forces intended to come.
