Instructions to set up a new auroville.org.in account in Outlook2003.

1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2003. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts...
   
   
   
   

1. Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
2. Under Server Type, select an incoming mail server type as either POP3 and then click Next.
3. In the "Email Accounts" dialog box under Server Information fill in "pop.auroville.org.in" for Incoming mail server and "smtp.auroville.org.in" for Outgoing mail server as well as your Name, email address (username@auroville.org.in) and your password.
4. Next, click on More Settings
   
   
   
   and select the Outgoing Server tab. Here you need to select the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox, and click OK.
5. Click Finish to close the E-mail Accounts dialog box.
