Here you may choose to following,
Partially receive messages over <XX> KB (if enabled, Entourage will download only the header information – sender, date, time, subject of email, without downloading the full message body of messages that are bigger than XX KB. This feature can be handy if you want to screen your email before downloading the full message. e.g. Large attachments on a slow Internet connection)
Leave a copy of each message on the server (lets you leave a copy of the email on the server so you may download the same email on another computer or view it using webmail access through a web browser e.g. Safari or Firefox)
Delete messages from the server after <XX> days (set the number of days after which the message is deleted automatically from the server)
