Auroville Bamboo Research Centre is actively involved in developing different alternate sustainable techniques using bamboo in constructions, products, furniture and handicrafts. As the Auroville Bamboo Research centre, acting as a knowledge hub for bamboo-related activities, we are planning to start small library for books on bamboo, videos or short films, audio or information CDs etc., We have started to collect books from outside and inside of our communities. So if you’d like to donate your books, videos or bamboo information CDs, it will be helpful for the students and others who come in search of knowledge on bamboo. Bamboo books in any language or even photocopies are accepted.
